You must notify us at info@theshoesnob.com within 7 days receipt of your goods if you intend to return/exchange. You have 28 days to return the goods. All returned products must be in their original condition and unused. Should you send a product that has been used, its return will be rejected and you will have to pay shipping to get it back. It must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return items damaged in transit due to poor return packaging may be returned to you at your expense or disposed of without refund.
