Here at The Shoe Snob Shop, our goal is to offer you great products, at a great value while providing great service. But in order to do so, it is imperative that you understand how the site works and what you are buying before you purchase it, as not all products are the same. What do we mean by that? Let's dive into it!
We offer an assortment of products, from used shoes and clothing, to brand new samples or shoes used for promotional materials as well as a regular stock shoes that you would expect at any retailer.
But, not all things will have the same rules of returns and/or exchanges. So it is important that you read each products designated 'Returns Info' that you will find on the right hand side of the product's page.
On top of that, not all products will ship from the same location. Part of our service here at The Shoe Snob Shop will be to showcase on our platform underrepresented brands that will offer a drop-shipping service. That means, you will order on our trusted site, and the brand will ship directly to you. Therefore, if you have multiple items in your cart, they might ship from different locations and potentially be liable for custom's duties.
Therefore, please read below, what you can expect from each vendor. You will be able to understand the vendor in several places on the site: 1. The collections pages and 2. The product's pages. See the images for examples:

The Shoe Snob Shop
Products: all J.FitzPatrick shoes, pre-worn shoes & clothing, various accessories and sample shoes. Saphir, below, has it's own section with explanation.
Shipping Timeline: Within 1-3 business days the product ships. US ground service is 1-5 business days from shipping date. International is 2-7 business days from shipping date.
Courier Used: UPS Ground, UPS International
Liable for Import Duties? If you are based in the US, then no. What you pay on the site is all that you will pay. For those who live outside of the US, you will be liable to pay for import duties based on your country's laws from goods that ship from the US to your final destination.
Disclaimer: Please note, some products may or may not have small defects. If so, these will be listed on the product's description and photos provided. All used products are in a used state and one must assume, not perfect, hence the nature of their discount.
Returnable/Exchangeable? -- No, currently all products offered by The Shoe Snob Shop are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Shipping Timeline:
Saphir Products not labeled DS: Within 1-3 business days the product ships. During "Sale" periods we aim to ship between 2 -4 days after the time of purchase as the increase in orders affects our ability to be any quicker. UPS ground service takes 1-5 business days to arrive from shipping date. International arrival time is typically 2-7 business days from shipping date.
Saphir Products Labeled 'DS' - Domestic: If your cart has a Saphir product that has 'DS' in the color title, your cart will have two shipments. These products will ship directly from the US Saphir Distributor to you. They use USPS. They will ship within 2-4 business days and USPS ground takes between 2-7 days to arrive. Tracking will be provided.
Saphir Products Labeled 'DS' - International: As the US Distributor does not ship internationally, the products with 'DS' label will ship to my warehouse before shipping your entire order out to you in one parcel. This will delay shipment by around 2-4 business days.
Courier Used: UPS Ground (US), UPS International (everywhere else).
Liable for Import Duties? If you are based in the US, then no. Anywhere else, you will be liable to pay for import duties

Returnable/Exchangeable? Yes. Saphir products are eligible for exchange/return providing their return guidelines are met. You must notify us at info@theshoesnob.com within 7 days receipt of your goods if you intend to return/exchange. You have 28 days to return the goods. All returned products must be in their original condition and unused. Should you send a product that has been used, its return will be rejected and you will have to pay shipping to get it back. It must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return items damaged in transit due to poor return packaging may be returned to you at your expense or disposed of without refund.
Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Items: Should your parcel arrive with damaged, missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your goods. Please provide photos of the error in question. Further photos may be required. Should we come to understand blame was on our end, we will aim to get out your new products within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Timeline: Approximately 3-4 weeks to produce the shoes. Another week to arrive to you, depending on location.
Courier Used: UPS/USPS for Domestic US Orders. DHL for international Orders
Liable for Import Duties? If you are based in the US, then no. What you pay on the site is all that you will pay. Finished Products will ship from India to the US distribution center and then to you. Tariff Free. For those who live outside of the US, you will be liable to pay for import duties based on your country's laws from goods that ship from India to your final destination.
Returnable/Exchangeable? -- Exchanges Only. No refunds. Blkbrd offers one FREE exchange per customer/order. Blkbrd will send you a label for the returned shoes and send the new pair free of charge. Other exchanges outside of that one time require the customer to pay all shipping fees.
Shipped From: US Orders: India directly to the US Distribution center and then to the client, tariff free. Outside the US Orders: India directly to the client.

Shipping Timeline: Enzo Bonafe shoes ship 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Another 2-7 business days to arrive.

Canada: UPS
Worldwide: All major couriers used. The courier used will be whatever provides the best price for the shipper
Liable for Import Duties?
If you are based in the US and Canada, then no. What you pay on the site is all that you will pay.
For those who live outside the US, you will be liable to pay for import duties based on your country's laws for goods that ship from India to your final destination.
Shipped From: Canada, directly to the client. Tariff-free for US and Canadian clients.
Returnable/Exchangeable? Yes, but please read carefully, as there are 'Restocking Fees' for all returns.
Returns:
US/Canada - 10% Restocking Fee, which includes the Return Label
Worldwide - 10% Restocking Fee, but the return shipping is your responsibility. Non US/CA must ship with UPS or Fedex. Post/DHL not accepted.
Exchanges:
US/Canada - $20 shipping label to return your shoes and receive new pair
Worldwide - You will be responsible for shipping the shoes back to Canada and a $30 Shipping Fee for new pair

Courier Used: Private Chinese Couriers - these will usually ship from China to your country and then process to another local courier who will deliver it to you directly. There is no way to know which private courier will be used.
