These self adhesive grips prevent the heel from slipping in your footwear, which reduces friction, excessive sock wear and blisters.
The self-adhesive backing attaches firmly to the inside of the heel of your shoe, the cushioned soft surface provides gentle but firm pressure at the heel.
These heel grips can be very useful for customers with narrow heels who find it difficult to achieve a good fit at the heel. Alternatively, it can improve the fit of a shoe which is just slightly too large.
